WP 4000: Low-elevation GPS reflecotmetry for water level monitoring

Working areas

Test the possibilities for water level measurements by low-elevation GPS reflectometry
Develop algorithms for processing GPS signals (direct and reflected) into water levels
Run practical test campaigns in Germany for development and Vietnam for field tests
Implement the algorithms
