The provision of water related data and information, such as hydrological, climate and socio-economic data constitutes the core aspect of the project. Nevertheless, the provision of data and information itself does not automatically lead to a more efficient and sustainable water resources management. Before knowledge can be used it must not only be generated but also represented and disseminated.
