TU Vienna - Institute of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing

The Institute of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (I.P.F.) conducts research and education in the fields of photogrammetry and remote sensing. It has research groups dealing with geometric modeling, physical modeling, and image processing. The groups cooperate closely to fully utilize technological capabilities offered by photogrammetry and remote sensing to provide essential geo-spatial data for environmental and societal applications (flood warning, urban developments, climate change impacts etc.).
