VNU - GOC – University of Information Technology

The Geomatics Center (GOC) is a department of the Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM). VNU – GOC provides study courses in the subject of IT with the focus on high-quality scientific research in the context of specific requirements for industry and society in Vietnam.

The GOC applies and develops latest geospatial related technologies in the field of geo informatics such as web-based mapping systems, programming customised user interfaces for several commercial as well non-commercial Desktop GIS software and hold expertise in interpreting and classifying remote sensing data.
