SIWRR – Southern Institute of Water Resources Research

SIWRR – The Southern Institute of Water Resources Research is a scientific governmental institute working in the field of water and environment in Southern Vietnam und the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD).

The main focus of SIWRR is set on water quality, salinization and acidification of soils and water, hydrodynamic and hydraulic studies on floods, erosion and irrigation systems. It has an advisory function for ministries and the provincial government and accompanies post-graduate researchers.
